Unless any other arrangement has been explicitly agreed, Austrian law is applicable, Innsbruck will be the relevant jurisdiction and the 2006 General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry will apply. These Terms and Conditions will not apply in the event of a cancellation by the guest after a binding booking has been made. In this case, the guest is liable for the original costs, however, the cost can be reduced or avoided should the lessor rent out the property to a different guest. Should the property be rented out to a different guest, the original guest may still be liable for costs of the additional effort of finding a new guest faced by the lessor.
