Rasilla I spans four levels and offers a spacious living and dining area, two large sun decks, an exclusive and luxurious spa with a sauna, a steam bath and an infrared sauna with the most stunning views from the relaxation room. - You can reach the ground floor also via an exterior staircase. Depending on your booking, Rasilla I can be configured with 4, 5, or 6 bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms.
- You can reach the living room on level 1 both via a spiral staircase and a wide staircase towards the western end of the house.

- The elevator takes you directly to the kitchen, making it easy for you to get your grocery shopping to the right place.
- The cozy living room offers ample room for watching TV on the couch, relaxation or socializing with your friends.
- The open fireplace is the heart of the living room – a centre for all group activities and get-togethers.
- You can catch a breath of fresh air or enjoy your cigarette in the covered Loggia looking out over the mountains.
- Beyond that, you will find two southerly sun decks linked by a few steps and seating arrangements that invite you to read, relax or just enjoy the sun.
- The house has a large, fully equipped kitchen and a generous dining area for social gatherings, featuring all amenities of modern cooking and living as well as stunning views of the surrounding nature.
- There is also a small back kitchen for you to store your groceries or drinks.
- Following a long day in the snow or a hiking day, you can relax in your exclusive and generous spa area with a sauna, a steam bath and an infrared sauna while enjoying spectacular views of the surrounding mountains.

- The relaxation room on the top level is a particular highlight of Rasilla I. It offers spectacular and unhindered views of the surrounding mountain ranges of Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis and the Inn valley. It can both be used as a relaxation space after spa treatment as well as a location for yoga retreats and other workshops or seminars.

- There are sufficient parking spaces directly in front of the house. In the entrance area you find ample space to store your winter and sports equipment. You can also use your private wardrobe for your ski or hiking gear.
- You can also make use of a washing machine and dryer which are at your disposal during your stay in Rasilla II.
- Rasilla II also has a private panorama sauna which is exclusively at your disposal via a spiral staircase from the private relaxation room.
